Many of the world's leading equipment brands run major manufacturing in China — across HVAC, pumps, membranes, electrical, automation, tunnelling and power. More owners and authorities now prefer "international brand, manufactured in China" over an unbranded local OEM.

Identify international brands with genuine China manufacturing. We verify true country of origin — distinguishing whole-unit manufacture from final assembly, and weighing local-content share. We build vendor long-lists with both an international (China-made) pool and a qualified Chinese-OEM fallback.

Inspect & assure

Criticality-tiered QA/QC: approved vendor lists, inspection and test plans with hold and witness points, client-witnessed FAT and SAT, independent third-party source inspection, and performance guarantees — scaled to how critical each item is.

Finance

We align China-manufactured content with Chinese policy-bank support — China Exim and Sinosure — and RMB trade finance. We structure secured supply facilities so procurement and funding move together.

How we tier the risk

Tier 1 — Critical

Items where failure affects safety, compliance or plant availability. International brand preferred; a qualified Chinese OEM is used only where it clears full inspection and guarantees, or where the international premium is disproportionate.

Tier 2 — Essential

International brand preferred; a qualified Chinese OEM is accepted through a strengthened inspection gate.

Tier 3 — Commodity

Any compliant source, governed by standards and inspection.

The tier sets both the sourcing rule and the depth of inspection — so spend and scrutiny go where the risk is.
